Obama fires honest Inspector General for busting a croney of the Obamassiah’s

Yep, this is what happens:  you do your job, you do it honestly, and when you find that a croney of the Obamassiah has committed fraud, you get fired and have your name smeared.  Wake up and stop drinking the kool-aid people, more of this shit is going to happen, to the point that honest people will be afraid to speak up against the Obamassiah.

President Barack Obama says he has lost confidence in the inspector general who investigates AmeriCorps and other national service programs and has told Congress he is removing him from the position.

Obama’s move follows an investigation by IG Gerald Walpin finding misuse of federal grants by a nonprofit education group led by Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, who is an Obama supporter and former NBA basketball star.

So the Obamassiah sent letters to House and Senate leaders yesterday informing them that he was firing Walpin, effective 30 days from the date of the letters.

“It is vital that I have the fullest confidence in the appointees serving as Inspectors General,” the president wrote.  “That is no longer the case with regard to this Inspector General.”

(yea, cause the guy is honest apparently, lol, so of course the Obamassiah doesn’t have confidence in him…he can’t buy him off)

The 30 day requirement is important because last year Congress passed the Inspectors General Reform Act, which was designed to strengthen protections for IGs, who have the responsibility of investigating allegations of waste, fraud and abuse within federal agencies, against interference by political appointees or the White House.  Part of the Act was a requirement that the president give Congress 30 days’ notice before dismissing an IG.  One of the co-sponsors of the Act was then-Sen. Barack Obama.

Ok WTF is going on with our government?  We have a national/global crisis going on in the financial and employment sectors, our nation is perceived as weak by other nations,and our Senators are looking into how football picks are made?  WHO THE FUCK CARES???  Frankly I think this is a ploy to distract us from the real shit that is going on, to get us to focus on the inanity of this rather than to be watching the moves that are being make to bring our once great nation closer to socialism.

Obama and some members of Congress favor a playoff-type system to determine the national champion. The BCS features a championship game between the two top teams in the BCS standings, based on two polls and six computer ratings.

Behind the push for the hearings is the subcommittee’s top Republican, Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah. People there were furious that Utah was bypassed for the national championship despite going undefeated in the regular season.

The title game pitted No. 1 Florida (12-1) against No. 2 Oklahoma (12-1); Florida won 24-14 and claimed the title.

The subcommittee’s statement said Hatch would introduce legislation “to rectify this situation.” No details were offered and Hatch’s office declined to provide any.

I was brought up to believe that if anyone pressures you into making a decision “RIGHT NOW” then it was definitely NOT the time to make a decision.  Better to back off and look at it from all angles – usually because it was a sleezy salesman trying to hurry you into making a decision that under normal times you would not make.

Much as the case is now.  The Obamassiah is saying to hurry and pass the bribe stimulus package or things will get “worse”

“This recession might linger for years. Our economy will lose 5 million more jobs. Unemployment will approach double digits. Our nation will sink deeper into a crisis that, at some point, we may not be able to reverse,” Obama wrote in the newspaper piece.

Of course he wants it passed right now, before people really look into it and see the bullshit pork barrell projects that are buried in the pages.  For instance, there is $88.6 million hidden in it for new construction for Milwaukee Public Schools – which apparently has a shrinking enrollment as well as 15 schools that are sitting vacant.  Um, yea, so give them $88.6 fucking million of our dollars?

You wanna stimulate the economy?  How about lowering or just doing away with the tax code as it now stands and putting the Fair Tax into place.  That would stimulate the economy, stupid.
